We tried for 2 days to set up a link to our joint Meridian account that we just opened. Finally decided to visit the branch and bring form and void cheque in. Asked the teller why we were having a problem linking the account to an outside bank and he said "It never works" lol
Really? Never succeeded? What should I do? I don't have a branch here. How do I submit a paper application?

OfflineI called them, rep. sent me form through secure email. I filled the form emailed it back. The account got linked in ~24-48 hrs, I do not remember being annoyed.
Overall I had pleasant experience with them. Always on the phone. I did not dare to touch anything myself. It always started with some wait (up to 15 min I think) then things started rolling.
I would sure go back to them for another one if they let me in.
Mind you, my needs were rather basic.

Hmm, it always works for me, even when I used it at Motus Bank which was exactly the same software and system.I have been linking my wife and kids accounts to Simplii as well and I just tested it by deleting the old one and setting it up again.
Works flawless for me every time.
Great, the reality is it doesn't for many others, let's leave it at that.

Really now, you think your opinion is all mighty?
Get real, instead lets focus on why it is not working for some people, ie browser, settings etc.
I'd appreciate you keep non helpful responses away from mine when I'm trying to help members and all you're doing is criticizing the system.
So, I'm using a chromebook with chromeOS and it works perfectly. Also the accounts are well established with a good history so that might play into it.
Additionally one can try on mobile and desktop, I personally have always used desktop so maybe one of the two will work better than the other.
