Occasionally I still use LBC Digital for me2me transfers between 2 big 5 banks but that is all it is for.

Can't really use the accounts as one's main account as the LBC Digital account transaction details are third rate.

techno reported earlier that the payer of direct deposits and biller of preauthorized debits are not shown, neither in the statements nor online! 🙁

Their 1y and 2y GIC at 5.6% and 5.65% arent too shabby. But calling them at 8:15am in the morning and I was still on hold after 30mins stop me from pursuing.
(I need to do linked transfer and ask them to remove hold, thats why i need to talk to real person)

I have a small amount in a GIC at LBC. My recent experience is that they are not answering repeated messages for about one week now. They ignore them. I will be out as soon as that GIC matures.
