Hi everyone,

There is quite a discussion in the previous post on HSAV.TO.

I just found out about Purpose Premium Money Market Fund
Code: PFC2201.

Is this a fund for someone to consider, i.e. I do not need monthly income.
This fund is supposed to be "tax efficient", where it distributes "Return of Capital" and "Capital Gain" in previous years.

I also understand it has a high MER of .31%.
I assume it is not CDIC insured.

Please share your thoughts. Thanks.

To begin with I 'm finding a MER of .59% for PFC2201

Also , These Purpose products I've found not often available through the FUNDSERVE Tab at brokerages . I was looking at PFC8500/1 series and could not purchase through NBDB or Investors Edge

Just noticed you are looking for the PFC2201, F series, that one will be even more scarce to find.

I think this was discussed in a previous thread; wasn't it?

I don't know if this specific MMF was discussed before, but the discussion around it is really not much different. Not all MMFs are available at all brokerages.
