EQ Bank is now available for me.
Messed up T5 slip PDF from EQ Bank!
According to Acrobat Reader, the PDF is rendered for some weird 23.61" x 38.89" page size!
The PDF won't print with Acrobat Reader. Need to use Microsoft Edge to print. Wasted an hour before I realized it wasn't an issue with my printer!
Printed my name first name first instead of last name first as required by the T5 slip. Hopefully, EQ Bank didn't switch the first and last names in their T5 return upload to CRA.

I have got EQ T5, it also has first name first. Never paid attention to this. Checked my other T5 slips: LBC T5 also has first name first.
I don't think CRA cares: they must be relying on SIN.
Because, for many years working at one of my employers I had my last name misspelled on T4, never was a problem with taxes.
Now that I checked my T5s, I noticed this year LBC T5 (like previous years) has my first name misspelled. Wasn't an issue with CRA in my tax returns for previous years.
I'll keep an eye for these in CRA MyAccount, anyway. As long as they are uploaded to CRA with correct amounts in all fields, my taxes will be filed correctly by TurboTax.
Which, by the way, also does not care if what it downloads from CRA MyAccount has correct first/last name of a taxpayer.

You can also download and use Foxit pdf reader which is free. Foxit able to actually shrink it to fit to 1 page. Adobe does not shrink it properly as you noticed.
