I have ran into another problem when using my Implicity account. At first I was told to transfer funds into my HISA first before I can ask them to transfer into my TFSA. So now after I have transferred money into my HISA I decided their process involves too much hassle.
I just tried to transfer the funds out from my implicity HISA back to my TD chequing account. The HISA shows my balance in the Transfer page, but it gave me an error saying "insufficient funds".
I have already waited several business days for my balance to show up under the Transfer page, do I have wait more days to transfer out of my implicity HISA?
I have already sent them an email asking about this problem because it is the long weekend. I just want to know if anyone has experienced a similar problem and can provide an explanation.
