The worst bank I have ever dealt with is ICICI Bank Canada. It is even worse than State Bank of India in India.

It is the most professional entity in India. Have you ever heard of ICICI limited in India ? They are the leaders in financial services and investment banking

ICICI just got a whole lot less appealing today.

Their savings rate just plummeted from 4.10% to 3.60% for BOTH RSP and regular savings accounts.

LOL! Well, I wouldn't have put it quite that way, but yes, their "business model" is definitely centered around providing top interest rates at the expense of customer service.
