After the Bank of Canada's decision earlier this week to drop the key interest rate, will high interest savings account rates drop too? The one under the microscope, of course, is ICICI's 4.5% rate...

It's official; ICICI's new rate as of December 14, 2007 is 4.25% for BOTH Canadian and US dollar savings accounts.
