I want to know that if there is any benefit for ICICI Canada customers, especially for immigrants or for those on work visa in Canada who has an ICICI account (savings or any) in another country?

You will have to discuss that with ICICI staff, preferably in person to get most accurate answer. I doubt there is many members here with such need.
ICICI India might not be the same as ICICI Canada even having same name.
Honda you buy in Australia is NOT the same as Honda USA or Germany (ignore wheel on right side).
