Subject MFA postponed to 2026

As we’d shared previously, some unforeseen technical issues during final overnight testing meant we were unable to launch Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) alongside the online banking and mobile app upgrades on October 8, 2025.
We remain committed to delivering the best possible experience for our members, with the member experience as a top priority. While this delay is unfortunate, it reflects our dedication to ensuring that any solution we implement meets the highest standards for reliability, usability, and protection.
This means we are working diligently with vendor partners to ensure the MFA solution will meet our objectives, along with a seamless integration experience for our members.
What’s next? For now, please continue to login to online or mobile banking as you always have.
An MFA solution is expected to be available in 2026. Please watch for additional information on the release of MFA in future communications.
