Well, Hubert has raised their rate again...for at least a few days. See below for the detailed email.

"Good morning, Our Happy Savings Account rate is changing. Effective today (Friday, April 19, 2013), our Happy Savings Account rate has increased to 1.90%. As always, at Hubert we promise to always make sure our members are in the loop about what's going on, especially when it comes to our rates, products and services. So whether the market dictates a rate increase or decrease, we promise to let you know as soon as possible.
