I have it in Excel with date counter between possible redeemable dates. Works well for me...
Since I cannot copy/paste image of that difficult to explain...

.
I'm Ol' School . . .

I just use a normal paper calendar, that's used specifically for investments only.

It works ... And no computer, or batteries required. sf-smile

@CAD
I think that’s what I’ll do…excel.
I run a very large excel program that holds all of my GICS on one sheet and my wife’s on another. And with a summary front page. The front page shows a lot of stuff like % of TFSA vs RRIF as well as how close I am to $96,000 principal + interest for CUDIC FI’s. Etc etc. And has monthly manual input of most HISA accounts.

I have spent years of developing, personalizing and souping it up so to speak.

@Dean.
I do that too. I run reminders on one of those book like realtors calendars. It lists mainly maturities and interest payments. Then I have reminder notes inserted between the pages for the current month. Then I have a duo tang with plastic sleeves by month for this year, then one sleeve for all of next year and another sleeve for all other future years. I really depend on that system along with my excel GIC files and summary.

=======

I never learned the nursery rhyme to how many days are in each month. lol. So the Hubert quarterlies are not based on 90 days but based on the same day of month every 3 months. And haven’t figured out the excel calculation for that. So will develop an excel sheet for every 90 days with a manual update.

So will do an excel sheet, sort by date and stick the sheet in the calendar book.

If you want an Excel calculation, you could create a table with two sets of dates - start and +3 months out - and then do a lookup. The +3 months could be formulated, but there would be a few dates that would need to be manually corrected.

Or you could download free calendars from
https://www.calendarlabs.com/ and insert them into Excel:

e.g.:

The borders within the calendar are not showing up well here but they look great in Excel. I have created an Excel spreadsheet with one month per sheet to track my active GICs. Also add other tidbits of interest for reminders.

The content of each cell is up to you. Many calendar options available at calendarlabs.com.

Hi. Thanks I developed an excel file.
For consistency and to be correct for some of the calculations, I did drop downs for GIC type 30 60 90 lock ins, and quarterlies and also drop downs for the FI’s I use.

For quarterlies it gives me 4 90 intervals and then there are 4 adjustment cells to correct the “day” part of the date.

For the lock ins, the dates are for 30 60 90 days from start date plus one more day.

It’s going to work for very well.

Just did the final touches on it this morning.

Thank you. I have bookmarked this website just in case I don’t get one of those calendar books from a realtor.
