May have misled them to a point.
Not to mention any potential investor that has been watching....is not likely planning to deal with Hubert!

They did not even DOWN GRADE their "NO TICKLER" rate to better than or equal to the "other" highest rate offered in Winnipeg (Accelerate @2.2%).
