Just received e-mail this morning offering their 42 Month GIC @ 3.75%. Have to phone them for it apparently.

You have to phone for any GIC now.
And for those that say they won't do a GIC for money "on hold", not sure how it gets on hold. I did a push from another FI on the week end and on Monday it was there and NO hold.

Likely from calling Hubert and requesting a pull into a Hubert savings account instead of pulling directly into a Hubert GIC.
