To Redeem GIC I need to call them?

I don't see any mechanism on the webpage that allows me to move the money back to the HISA or TFSA.

By default, GIC's will renew at maturity to the same term at the new interest rate. You can change that to redeem to HISA one GIC at a time: "View", then "Account Details" and finally at the bottom: Change Maturity Instructions".

To redeem early, a phone call Mon-Sat ...
