I've had two of those recently after calling regarding maturing GIC's. The callback was immediately following the call but straight to voicemail somehow. I have no idea how that happens.
BTW ... No wait time. Pleasant call. Requested actions/transactions executed perfectly and as promised.

OfflineDuring the past year, we have only contacted Hubert by email for maturing GIC instructions or buying new GICs from available funds. I assume one would have to call in to move funds to or from another institution but we use Tangerine as our hub for pushing or pulling funds to or from Hubert therefore we haven’t had the need to call them.
