During the past year, we have only contacted Hubert by email for maturing GIC instructions or buying new GICs from available funds. I assume one would have to call in to move funds to or from another institution but we use Tangerine as our hub for pushing or pulling funds to or from Hubert therefore we haven’t had the need to call them.
