@Doug now that Mike Pompeo says Hong Kong is no longer to be considered independent from PRC and worthy of special treatment, it may diminish as a banking hub for that region. Combined with yesterday's ruling against Huawei's CFO, do you see it as a possible risk in the future having your money in HSBC, being that head office is based in Hong Kong? I can see potential loss of privacy as PRC will definitely infiltrate HSB and who knows what else will occur in future with that company if President Xi decides to take further action against Canada.
