For those of you living in BC, it looks like VanCity is offering a 15 Mo. GIC @ 3.55% and a 33Mo. GIC @ 3.63%.

Those rates aren't bad, but the 4.75 promo rate on Jumpstart Savings is even better. It runs through the end of December, so is great for short term cash.
