I like the idea of including broker specials in this thread as well.

One of the brokers I deal with, Rothenberg Group, with offices in Quebec and Alberta advertised 2.6% for 18 months $50,000 minimum deposit. Also 2.63% one year

A local Ottawa broker, Scrivens, currently offers 1 year at 2.68%
