Hi, With the Corona situation, short-term GIC rates (less than a year) are below 2% in all the online banks, I know its a million-dollar question but what do guys here think? Experienced folks who have seen the H5-N1 flu back then, how long does it take for the banking sector to come back to relative normal? months or years? THanks
