What do you think of your investigator(s), reconsideration officer(s)? Were they even-handed, or partisan? Fair-minded, or unfair? Sympathetic, or hard-hearted?

To your mind, does OBSI protect consumers efficaciously? Or are they inclined to defend, and back, financial institutions?
