For the moment. Nothing ever quite solidifies with the manchild conducting the orchestra. Hence making pre-mature reactionary moves in one's portfolio can be hazardous to one's financial health.

That said, I suspect it was becoming apparent to some thick heads that the headwinds to foreign investment could be worse than the extortion itself. The saga of one form or another has another 3+ years to run.
