OfflineThanks all. I finally phoned in and got the problem resolved. They said I'd put in the wrong password but I'd changed it in case that was the problem, so who knows. "All's well that ends well"!
But, if the incorrect password was the problem, why not get a message saying so rather than "we are experiencing difficulties"?
