I signed up for the 5.75% promotional interest until December 31, 2023, with the expectation that it would be paid out in January 2024.
However, we're now well into the month, and I haven't received it yet.
Has anyone else received their promotional interest from Simplii for the HISA account?

Simplii generally pays the promo interest a few weeks after the promo period ends. I've seen it up to a month after the promo ends.

Check the fine print of the specific Simplii promo re timing of payout of promo interest.
