Has anybody heard about a recent promotion from TD on their high interest savings accounts?

There's a 2% promo running, but I believe its a targeted offer. The fine print says "This offer is valid for the recipient name printed on this piece only and is not transferrable". I recall seeing a CIBC ad for a 2% promo rate, so you could look into that.
