Have anyone check this out, it seems to be available to anyone in Canada, or is it just BC.

1. Complete this membership application – it’ll take about 15-20 minutes
2. Provide us a cheque for $5 drawn on a Canadian financial institution — this money will be put into your shares account as the requirement for membership. If you'd like another person to have joint access to your new account, please visit your Envision Financial branch to have this person added to your account once it has been fully set up.
3. We'll contact you to confirm that your account is approved – it normally takes several days to have your new account fully activated.
