I think Questrade does charge for brokerage ISA trades. I didn't find any exceptions for their $9.95 commission on mutual fund transactions.

I looked for Home Trust High Interest Savings Account, Class A (HOM100) on my TD WebBroker account without success. How do I access Home Trust HISA's?

You have to do a Mutual Funds trade for these. But I'm pretty sure that TDDI only allows you to sell units you might transfer in, you can't buy new units of any ISA except TD's own. They don't want the competition for their miserly rates... 🙂

IIRC, TDDI probably does not offer anything other than their own ISAs, i.e. TDB8150 and its sister company ISAs, for competitive reasons. There is no regulatory requirement to do so. Some other big bank brokerages likely have the same restrictions, i.e. offering only their 'family series' of ISAs.
You may need to have an account with an independent brokerage like Qtrade or Questrade to access the Home Trust ISA.

I don't think anyone other than BMO clients (BMO IL, Nesbitt Burns et al) can buy the BMT series. It seems the Scotia DYN offerings tend to be more available (I believe as a minimum, CIBC IE, Questrade and maybe NBDB/Qtrade).

Questrade may not be good for brokerage ISA's.
Questrade charges $9.95/trade for mutual funds. I don't see an exemption mentioned for money market funds and ISA's.
