I thought we had 5 free Interac e-Transfers per month.
When I login to my account I don't see any option to create/send Interac e-Transfers.
Anyway, sent customer service an email asking how to create/send Interac e-Transfers...hopefully, this is not a glitch in their system.

After signing in select Pay and Transfer, select Pending transactions, click on Go to Pay & Transfer, then when you pull down To: send interac-e-transfer.

Got it...thanks for the info.
Guess I should have searched around more thoroughly. That been said, I don't think this spot is the most intuitive place to place this functionality.
