DUCA has recently implemented a new online system.

What are their account linking options to external FI accounts?

What options do they offer:

• Token deposit (where you provide transit number & a/c number for a couple of small deposits to be verified)?
• Physical void cheque?
• Signed PAD document from the external bank?
• Flinks type system (where you have to give your username and password of your external bank account to a third party)?

Also, do they have secure email system where we send them docs online, or do they require snail mail or branch visits?
