Rogers card gives 2% cash back if you have Rogers services, and 3% if you redeem on Rogers bills.

But both Rogers WE and AmEx lose out to WS card when you are spending in a foreign currency.

We use Rogers WE card in Canada as our primary card and get the 3% redemption against Roger/Shaw charges. We use the Scotiabank USD card for USD purchases, and we now have the EQ Bank card for use overseas in other currencies and for use at all ATMs ex-Canada (ex-Canada being 1-2 trips per year occurrence).

Yes. I don't have Rogers services, but it's still the best card on the market, even at 1.5% and those extra features.

My FX spending is minimal, less than $500 CAD per year, so not a concern to me.
