Slightly off topic, but on a credit card related note, I received a letter from my credit card issuer CITI Bank that CIBC will be taking over CITI's credit card operations.

As for dude444's problem, try simply cancelling the card, or if necessary, reporting it as stolen. Then they will automatically cancel it.
