Achieva increased all their GIC rates, including 1 year at 3.60% and 2 years at 3.80%.

Rates looks attractive. Would anyone NOT recommended Achieva for any specific reason?

The only drawback about Achieva is I'm reading they do a hard credit check when an account is opened with them. I don't know if that is true or still being practiced.

2-yr increased to 3.8%, but 3-yr dropped from 3.8% to 3.7% sf-frown

As usual, it drops just as I was considering a 3-yr purchase in mid-Feb
