What could be improved about this bank / credit union?: Almost everything. Terrible hassle to reach anyone. Communications are the worst. Interest earnings don't show up. Transactions are difficult and almost always late.
General comments: PC Financial administered by real amateurs, don't bother with them.

What could be improved about this bank / credit union?: start it all over again from scratch by someone competent
General comments: get rid of their fn annoying banjo racket thats passed off as music

General comments: Their customer service is awful. I've called like 20 times everyday this week at many different times because it's important to me. They have this really annoying robot you have to deal with and then you're in hold for 15-60 minutes (typically 45 minutes)

What do you like about this bank / credit union?: Apparently no fees and decent interest rates
What could be improved about this bank / credit union?: The application process.
General comments: The web application doesn't even work. I got right to the end of the questionnaire and could not submit the application. Says a lot about the company really.

Why do you bank with them?: Savings Account
What do you like about this bank / credit union?: Nothing
What could be improved about this bank / credit union?: Ridiculously low transfer in amounts.
General comments: Completely useless as a high interest savings account. Can only transfer in 10K per transaction and 20K in 30 days.
