General comments: -GIC rates dropped by ,50% for 3 year term i.e. 4,5% versus 5% as shown in your site ... not very good for business very disapointed customer!

How long have you banked with them?: just over one year
Why do you bank with them?: very disappointed that, since Bank of Canada has raised they're benchmark rate on several occasions, LBC Digital hasn't followed the other financial institutions in raising their High Interest Savings Account rate. still stuck at 1.15%
What do you like about this bank / credit union?: They've always had best GIC rates
What could be improved about this bank / credit union?: increase High Interest Savings Account rate to be most competitive
General comments: will transfer out if LBC Digital doesn't increase their rate soon

Why do you bank with them?: High interest saving account
What do you like about this bank / credit union?: Unable to open an account because equifax does not approve my personal information even if I correct it twice at equifax.
What could be improved about this bank / credit union?: Talk with equifax to see what is wrong
General comments: Unable to open an account because Equifax cannot verify my identity. On Equifax side, everything is correct.

Why do you bank with them?: good HISA rate Moved some money from another virtual bank to LBC Digital
What do you like about this bank / credit union?: rates r better than Royal and TD banks A better known bank than other virtual banks---even I who live on the west coast have heard of them years ago
What could be improved about this bank / credit union?: consistently offer competitive rates for GICs and HISA
General comments: I had no problem opening an acct in Jan, no problem in setting up external links. I do all my banking usually late mornings so website works-so far so good!

General comments: do not use this bank....spent a lot of time trying to log into the account I set up & even with online rep help I was not able to...so I said close my account & they said I would have to pay a fee for early closing...even though I was never able to log in

What do you like about this bank / credit union?: Highest interest
What could be improved about this bank / credit union?: The interface online is slow. Registration experience was garbage and didn't work well. E-transfers don't auto-deposit to the destination account even if recipient has already set it up...
General comments: Usability is clunky but it works. I like how you transfer funds on the home page, which makes all your day to day banking on that one page. That is the best thing about the interface imo. No need to move to a new page to send money.

What could be improved about this bank / credit union?: Web site crashed after multiple attempts to open new user account. Needs different credit history verification methodology.
General comments: failed Equifax report - questions like 'you may have a mortgage loan'...does this mean line of credit secured by house? next question: ' you may have account/credit card with opened in 2014'...really? no way to challenge questions - Equifax 'personal credit file (which I have here) does not ID these lenders, dates etc. Going to avoid until I can speak to a real person.

General comments: Tried to set up an high interest savings account but could not authenticate my identity. They deal with Equifax who I am a customer...Tried for days to setup and kept getting the run around from both Laurentian Bank and Equifax
