General comments: Had a lot of trouble talking to a live person. If there is a problem or a perceived problem it is very difficult to talk to them. Very limited hours M-F like 8-4 if they actually give you the phone number of a live agent. the toll free number directs you to emailing them. I asked for a number but they just called me with no name no number showing. Finally after insisting they gave me the number with limited hours. Nothing like EQ that has 7 day live help and they offer their number up front. I had to ask a few times for the number so I could call them.
