I just noticed that CWB has a tax free savings account for 3%. Matches up right with ING. This would be ideal for anyone who's not comfortable with computer banking, where there is a branch available.
Maybe you should add them to the comparison chart.

Just as an FYI to Remi and others, the online bank owned/run by Canadian Western Bank is called Canadian Direct Financial. It, too, has a 3% TFSA, and Canadian Direct Financial does indeed open accounts for people from other provinces.

It's worth pointing out that Canadian Direct Financial is the "virtual" banking division of Canadian Western Bank. If you're opening a CDF TFSA, you have to do that online as CWB branch staff don't have access to CDF accounts.
Cheers,
Doug

I've checked ING's website and could not find TFSA @ 3% or any other. Could you point it out to me?

hi remi, in which you are right. ING no longer offers TFSA @ 3%. they used to be the top dog. not now, they lowered their rates. top rate is CDF/CWB right now. (err… include also Peoples Trust)
