the savings account rate has dropped to 1.95%

Steinbach Credit Union used to be, and maybe still is, the largest credit union by assets/deposits in Manitoba - and they do it all with only one branch (now two or three!), which is pretty incredible! :)

However, can non-Manitoba residents actually open an account?
