When can I bring my complaint to OBSI?

Banks and federal credit unions have 56 days to help you. We can look at your complaint if 56 days have passed since you first complained to the bank or federal credit union in writing, or if you have not heard from them or if you have received a final response but are still not satisfied.

Investment firms and provincial credit unions have 90 days to help you unless you are a Quebec resident, then they have 60 days (with exceptional circumstances allowing it to extend to 90 days).

You have 180 calendar days to bring your complaint to us once you have received your firm’s final response in writing.

My understanding: it can not be that customers of the bank suffer because of the mistakes of the bank’s personnel.

I took it with them both but did not get anywhere.
Complaint was filed but no response.

What should be my next step?

Store & Backup all your documents, files, photos, etc. on Encrypted Memory Sticks (instead of OneDrive, iDrive, etc.), and then your Not held Captive/Beholden to Anyone . . .

Yep. I've been doing monthly critical data backups onto USB sticks for 15+ years.

I retain monthly backups for the this and last year, quarterly for the previous 2 years and year-end for years before that ...

Did you try to learn to cook? WAY, WAY better to eat when you KNOW what you are eating instead of somebody's snot or nails or whatever dipped in 1000x cooked oil and other garbage.

Again, microsoft extends updates and you agree to onedrive service which becomes a paid service?

It is tied to your email and thus all your windows devices and/or more?

Is it still 5gb and then they want money as per my page 3 post #56?

Kudos to Microsoft for doing that, for those with computers that can't handle Windows 11. But come Oct. 2027 ... their time will be Up !
