Just checked Insights (no email) and there was 4.25 offer to Aug 31
Says you have to activate by June 30
Previous offer expired April 30
Shows the importance of clearing out the accounts once the promo expires, since this new one is for new money after June 30
We actually have a better offer going right now for CAD at WFCU-- but this works out very nicely for our USD

I checked my Tangerine Insights page this morning and was rewarded with a 4.25% offer on new money from June 2nd to August 31st. The timing was perfect as my Simplii offer expired at the end of May.

We have a joint Saving acct. and are coming off a 4.10% promo that just ended.
I guess we are now part of the seemingly random lotto for future promos. What are the odds we'll see another one anytime soon?
I left $1.00 in the account for visibility. Not sure if it matters as regards future promos? Any thoughts on that ?

Nice to see decent promos showing up again. I've been tiered since September with nothing new offered since then. Hopefully, when the time is up there will be something for me.

I consider it a different way than me being in "Tangerine Jail" (although that is a catchy term). I gave them a 9 month sentence for their transgression. We'll see if they have been successfully rehabilitated or not once they are out on parole.

The Tangerine CEO has unleashed their AI Agent bots to hammer away at customers to try and get them to take these garbage tiered nonsense. Going to move everything out off Tangerine, and turn off all notifications.

After numerous months with nothing but tiered nonsense, finally got an email with a 4% rate to August 31. Didn't even have to accept it. My savings account was adjusted to 4%. Go figure.

That's very interesting, so your tiered rates offer has disappeared from the savings account details by accepting the 4.0% promo? By chance, do you also have a joint account too?
