There is a web site to capture input. But, the site just queues up requests for manual handling.

Compuserve used to have an online bill payment service. People thought they were paying for electronic payment of their utility bills. One person found out it really wasn't.

The Compuserve member called his utility after being repeatedly charged with late payment fees. He was going to tell them to get their act together. It shouldn't take them weeks to credit his account with the fast electronic bill payments he made using the Compuserve service!

Instead, the agent recognized him. He was the one who was paying his bill with those strange mailed-in cheques!
