Yes, my experience is that pull transactions count towards the 2 included transactions. At the end of a promo, I pull the principle before the end of the month (in this case no later than June 30), and then pull the interest around the 3rd or 4th of the next month.

ie. initiate the transfer at the external institution to pull the funds from the Coast Capital savings account to the external account

My experience is that calling CSR can prompt them to do an override of the $25k limit. My request was for immediate transfer. I didn't ask about a request to transfer on a future date. Call them and see what they say?

I can confirm that i set up multi transfer in's for same day. maximum $25,000 at a time. (pulling from Tangerine savings to CC savings).  

I have done it as adding CC as one of the three external accounts in Tangerine. By calling Tangerine CSR, you can ask the CSR to over-ride the $25k daily limit out of Tangerine.

Yes, it is a targeted promo, and therefore is only available for those existing clients that get the targeted offer.

I understand that they do not have any branches in Ontario.
I can not see a way to take out large sum of money from them other than ordering cheques.
I was looking at wire transfers, but it does not appear to work for transfers out, as they state you must visit a branch.
Otherwise , I think the maximum per day is $25,000 transfer out using coast capital app.
Any thoughts  

I have been able to link CC as an external account with Tangerine to transfer funds out of CC, and will write a cheque to myself to put funds in (might be more difficult outside of BC). Alternatively, I have called Tangerine customer support to override the daily transfer-out limit to transfer more than Tangerine's daily limit to CC.
