Manulife Bank offers 2.5% on TFSA accounts, and 1.5% on regular accounts. You have to go through a registered representative to open the account.

We are registered in Quebec if anyone interested.

I apologize but I don't have the history of the rates, but they follow other banks published rates closely. No gimmiks!:smile:
