Just FYI:

The fee is $25 to transfer from a Citizens Bank TFSA to another institution's TFSA (free to withdraw from a Citizens Bank TFSA to a Citizens bank chequing or savings account). This is also the same fee if you want to transfer from a Citizens Bank RSP to another institution's RSP.

The reason why you would consider transferring a TFSA to another institution is because you get to keep your contribution room for that year.
