Dumb question??? Is that not just a teaser rate with an up front expiry date?

I just noticed the PC page when I was browsing this morning.. As for acceleRate I don't have a need currently for a lot of services.. Just savings mainly.. Maybe TFSA.. I don't really want to chase higher rates.. I'm still with Hubert for now.. I don't like being charged for transfers etc so Hubert fits in nicely for me.. I find having to pay $25/$50 to transfer a registered account a nuisance.. Not to mention how badly it would eat into earnings..
