ING raised the ISA rate up 0.15% to 1.20% today.

On Dec 10 they dropped the 2 yr GIC 0.5% to 1.75, 5 yr GIC down 0.25% to 3.00%

Yes, they finally raised their rate to match that of ICICI Bank. However, Scotiabank's TFSA rate is still higher (1.50%).
