Canadian High Interest Savings Bank Accounts

Anyone know anything about ICICI's US$ Accts? Specifically, although their interest rate is at an outstanding 5%, how about their exchange rates?

I currently have a CAN$ acct with ING Direct, and a US$. When I see our dollar very high, I check the rate at the local money exchange institution and compare it with ING's exchange rate which is posted on their site. I've found ING's exchange rate, although not updated on a regular basis, often still is slightly better then the local shop (here in Ottawa). I can easily transfer money from my ING CAN$ to my ING US$ acct and get the great rate they have posted at the time. I would like to know if ICICI does transfers the same way (ie from their ICICI CAN$ acct to an ICICI US$ acct?) and if their rate is posted or as good as ING's???

Anyone know?
