My mortgage broker is recommending I renew my mortgage with ICICI Bank Canada because they are offering the best variable-rate discount on prime. Before doing so, I would like to know what others' experiences have been.

Has anyone used ICICI Bank Canada for their mortgage? Would you recommend them?
