Please bring HSBC back to the Comparison chart.

Why? Because .80% is still a good rate out there and HSBC is a good international major bank to use.

Perhaps it's also been removed because the HSBC Direct account (now known as HSBC Advance) is not currently available to any new clients until the re-launch later this year.

I really hope their rate goes up to at least 1% again soon, though. It needs to if they expect to stay competitive in the Online High Interest Savings Account arena.

Yes, it has been removed because of the statements at the bottom of this thread, specifically the quote from Doug that says:

… currently these two accounts are treated as "accounts maintained, but no longer sold"
