How comes ICICI is the only bank offering services in Quebec without have a french branch? I received all their brochures in english and they hell no they don't have a french customer service. But personnaly I do not care at all about the langage they will contact me, I always speak in terms of interest rates anyways.

I have my money here. They are top knotch and very professional. Can't say enough good about them.
